6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

a. Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

b. Non-Custom Products
